Marketing Manager for International Tollfree Service
Part of team for managing this $35 million revenue service. Identified
target markets and telemarketing applications, coordinated joint projects
and trade shows worldwide. Managed $2.5 million promotional budgets
for advertising, promotions, press releases, and direct mail. Developed
market strategy and enhancements. Provided sales training and support.
Planned, coordinated & presented at first International Tollfree Forum
in London for 18 PT&Ts. Planned & participated in joint exhibit with
Telstra at symposium in Sydney, Australia. Editor of Quarterly International
800 Sales Newsletters.
Product Planner for Flat Displays for Computers
Researched and wrote business plan for this new product. Managed product
from development in Bell Labs, to clean room construction, to manufacturing
line, to product introduction; analyzed competition, market demand and
project profitability. Established pricing and market forecasts, coordinated
and forecasted components for new product. Developed market strategy
and enhancements. Developed promotional material, designed & delivered
sales training and support. Obtained $17 million approval for manufacturing
equipment, facilities and computer systems. Award for most sales leads.
Account Executive
Developed creative applications for customer's business to both solve
existing problems as well as expand their business. Services evolved
around voice and data networks for corporate clients. A variety of services
were used ranging from 800, 900, ISDN, to broadcast fax. Clients included
internationally-based and multi-national firms. Received numerous sales
awards for significant sales and for exceeding quota.
International Sales Support
Provided sales support and marketing programs to account teams and
client base to increase international business service revenue. Managed
and implemented projects with clients locally and overseas via AT&T
overseas offices and PT&Ts. Designed & implemented innovative programs
to stimulate usage of switched network services.
Territory Manager - Video Conferencing
Responsible for developing and marketing creation for video and desktop
applications using ISDN, LAN, and WAN Networks. Stimulated sales by
interfacing with AT&T Sales Force, co-marketing partners such as PictureTel,
CLI, Intel, Lotus, Apple and distributors. Planned and presented at
seminars to increase awareness and sales of business applications.
